Auntie Dee-Dee

In 1988, she represented the United States at the Seoul Olympics. She was fast, stylish, and incomparable. She was also a creative fashion designer. The Indiana Pacers once sported uniforms that were designed by her.

Her name was Florence Delores Griffith-Joyner. To the world she became known as FloJo. To me and my family, she was auntie Dee-Dee.
