Timeout.com says: “It’s hard to believe that two Filipino sisters with no baking experience opened this lovely cafe in 2005. They set their sights high, remortgaging their properties in order to fly in kitchen equipment and a young chef from France. The result? The best croissants and cinnamon rolls in the city.
